Mountain bike fun at the highest level. The CUBE Reaction Hybrid Race 625 is distinguished by the ultra-compact but powerful Bosch CX pedal assist, the Powertube battery integrated in the oblique tube and twelve extremely smooth shifting Shimano XT gears. Looks fantastic and works that way. An air-sprung front fork from RockShox and voluminous 2.6-inch tires from Schwalbe guarantee grip and comfort. If it goes too fast or the path is too steep, you can always rely on Shimano’s extra powerful disc brakes. A reassuring thought.

The Lector is already a legend and has participated in countless cross country races and marathons, finishing at the very top. This variant comes with a 100 or 120mm suspension fork – depending on frame size – and Shimano components. A lightweight hardtail for racers, alpine crossers or anyone who likes to pedal hard on the mtb.

You know the saying, ‘power is nothing without control’? It’s the reason that the brand-new Aim SL features 100mm of smooth, RockShox-flavoured bump-swallowing travel – with lockout. Combined with the strong Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, tapered head tube and grippy 2.25in tyres, it’s your guarantee of always being in full control, wherever your curiosity takes you. Wide-ranging Shimano 2×9 gears put the ideal ratio for any trail at your fingertips, and the frame’s internal cable routing even allows for a future dropper post upgrade. What’s holding you back?
